	Blogwintravel.com is a free service for communication, self-expression and freedom of speech. We believe blogwintravel.com increases the availability of information, encourages healthy debate, and makes possible new connections between people. We respect our users' ownership and responsibility of the content they choose to share. It is our belief that censoring this content is contrary to a service that bases itself on freedom of expression. In order to uphold these values, we need to curb abuses that threaten our ability to provide this service and the freedom of expression it encourages. As a result, there are some boundaries on the type of content that can be hosted with blogwintravel.com. The boundaries we've defined are those that both comply with legal requirements and that serve to enhance the service as a whole.

	Our content policies play an important role in maintaining a blogwintravel.com experience for you, the users. Please respect these guidelines. www.blogwintravel.com reserves the right to change policies regarding content.
	PORNOGRAPHY AND OBSCENITY
	• Pornography and Obscenity: Image and video content that contains nudity, sexually graphic material, or material that is otherwise deemed explicit by www.blogwintravel.com should be made private. Otherwise, we may put such content behind an interstitial.    • Pedophilia, Incest and Bestiality: Users may not publish written, image or video content that promotes pedophilia, incest and bestiality.    • Commercial Pornography: We do not allow content that exists for the primary purpose of monetizing porn content or driving traffic to a monetized pornography site.    • Child Pornography: www.blogwintravel.com has a zero-tolerance policy against child pornography, and we will terminate and report to the appropriate authorities of any user/s, who publishes or distributes child pornography.
	HATEFUL CONTENT
	Users may not publish material that promotes hate towards groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity. Content carrying information or pictures of terrorism will be subject to scrutiny and www.blogwintravel.com holds the right to omit such posts.
	VIOLENT CONTENT
	Users may not publish direct threats of violence against any person or group of people.
	COPYRIGHT
	It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
	PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
	We do not allow the unauthorized publishing of people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, and driver's and other license numbers
	IMPERSONATION
	We do not allow impersonation of others through our services in a manner that is intended to or does mislead or confuse others.
	UNLAWFUL USE OF SERVICES
	Our services should not be used for unlawful purposes or for promotion of dangerous and illegal activities. Your account may be terminated and you may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
	SPAM, MALICIOUS CODES AND VIRUSES
	We do not allow spamming or transmitting malware and viruses.
	TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPETITION
	Details of Schedule and Prize:
	Number of winners a month - 5 bloggers. Winning amount  – 250$ a month. Blogwintravel is open to both locals and foreigners equally. The hotel of choice should be selected before the 1st May, 2010.
	Each blogger’s posts will be judged based on the content and also a point system:
	A Post containing a picture/ pictures.(Relevant to the subject discussed) Viewers ratings(1 to 5) Introduce a friend. (Blog Pal) Frequency -  number of wide spread posts per month
	The winners for each month will be chosen by the judging panel and the decision made will be final. The list of the winners will be hosted on the Blog index or news column every 1st week of the following month. Each win is worth 250$ and will not be handed over in cash and have to be redeemed through a holiday package given on the blog site. The winners will have to choose a holiday package from the list given for blog winners only. There will be no restrictions on the number of times a blogger can win the monthly competitions hence he can accumulate the price money/credit to be used at his/her discretion. The price money/credit should be used before the 23rd June, 2010.
	BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
	After choosing the holiday package and confirmation is made, the winner’s account will be debited with the total cost of the holiday package. If the winner wishes to make any changes, he will be allowed to do so 5 business days prior to the start date of the holiday. Failing to do so, the debited amount will not be refunded. If the winner is a foreigner, once the verification and confirmation is done, on his/her arrival at the Bandaranayake International Airport in Sri Lanka, he/she will have to contact the Sri lanka Tourist Promotions Bureau counter, where he/she will be identified by the passport number and the unique blogger code. A letter carrying details of the package will be handed over to the traveler and he/she may proceed to the holiday destination. Travel expense to or from the destination is not included in the holiday package. If the winner is a local, once the verification and confirmation is done, he/she may obtain the holiday booking details (A letter) from the Sri lanka Tourism Bureau, which should be produced to check in to the hotel/resort.
